Terms & Conditions
By engaging the services of International Conventions Experts, the Client agrees to the following terms and conditions.
International Conventions Experts provides accommodation booking services specifically for business events. The Client must pay a twenty-five percent (25%) deposit of the total booking amount to confirm the reservation. The remaining seventy-five percent (75%) balance shall be paid no later than fourteen (14) business days prior to the check-in date, unless an alternative payment arrangement has been expressly agreed upon in writing.
The Client acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for ensuring the accuracy of all information provided, including, but not limited to, check-in and check-out dates, number of guests and rooms, guest details, and accommodation preferences.
While International Conventions Experts is committed to providing a seamless and high-quality accommodation experience, it shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
By signing this Agreement, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions and cancellation policy set forth herein.
Modification & Cancellation Policy
International Conventions Experts acknowledges that circumstances may change, and as such, our cancellation and refund policy is structured to offer flexibility while maintaining fair and reasonable terms.
Clients are entitled to cancel their reservation without penalty within the first three (3) business days of the initial booking, provided that the cancellation is based on a valid and legitimate basis. This may include, but is not limited to, non-attendance of the associated event or trade show, receipt of a competing offer that International Conventions Experts is unable to match or exceed, or any other legitimate reason that prevents the Client from proceeding with the reservation.
Following this initial three (3) business-day period, changes or modifications to existing reservations may be made without incurring a cancellation fee, subject to availability.
Cancellations made after the initial three (3) business-day period and more than fourteen (14) business days prior to the scheduled check-in date shall be subject to a cancellation fee of twenty-five percent (25%) of the total booking amount.
International Conventions Experts does not guarantee the approval of any modification or the issuance of any refund for cancellation requests submitted within fourteen (14) business days of the scheduled check-in date. Such requests shall be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Client may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to applicable circumstances and at the discretion of International Conventions Experts, including, but not limited to, non-attendance of the associated event or trade show, or receipt of a competing offer that International Conventions Experts is unable to match or exceed.
